Booking & Room Info

Do I need to book?

We recommend booking online, especially on weekends, as our rooms can book out quickly. We do occasionally have last-minute availability, so you’re welcome to stop by and check with our team.

How many people can fit in a room?

We currently recommend groups of up to 8 people for both The Disco Den and The Stardust Room. We have accommodated larger groups, however this is not recommended. Please contact us if you’d like to bring extra people.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Absolutely. Gift vouchers can be purchased directly through our website here.

How big is your song catalogue?

We have Newcastle’s largest karaoke catalogue, with over 22,000 songs. Everything from the latest hits to classic anthems. Our song catalogue is updated weekly to stay current.

Do you have songs in multiple languages?

Yes. We have Newcastle’s largest karaoke catalogue, with over 22,000 songs across multiple languages. Wherever you’re from, we’ve got something for you.

Are people under 18 allowed?

Absolutely. We are a mixed use venue and welcome all ages. However, we reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any groups that have participants under the age of 18.

Is there a live band?

No, all of our Karaoke rooms are completely private for you and your group, with no live band.

Food, Drinks & Celebrations

Do you offer food and drinks?

Yes. We have a fully licensed bar and a delicious wood-fired pizza menu. For larger groups and corporate events, more options and catering packages are also available.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Absolutely. We’re happy to store your cake and bring it out when you’re ready to celebrate.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless required for strict dietary reasons.

Do you offer event packages?

Yes. We offer food and drink packages for birthdays, corporate events, hens and bucks parties, and group celebrations.

Venue Info

Do you have parking?

We’re located in the heart of Newcastle CBD. There are plenty of parking options nearby, although it can get busy on weekends.

We recommend parking slightly further out and catching the light rail where possible. The Crown Street light rail stop is located less than 50 metres from our venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The Stardust Room is wheelchair accessible. Please note, however, that our bathrooms are located upstairs on Level 1 and are not wheelchair accessible.

The closest wheelchair-accessible bathroom is located at The Lucky Hotel, approximately 50 metres away.

Do I need ID to enter?

You do not need ID to enter the venue. However, valid ID is required if you wish to purchase alcohol.

Do you accept cash?

No. We are a cashless venue.

Do you have other activities at your venue?

Yes! We are a part of Escape Reality and at the same venue you also have access to our escape rooms and game show rooms. Different events can be packaged together.
